Le Groupe Téléverbier offers its clients (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 installations and its slopes at 3300m altitude. In peak season, it employs nearly 500 collaborators. Cook # Afin to complete its teams for the winter season 2026/2027, Téléverbier is looking for its "Restauration" department: Your missions: \- Ensure the production of dishes (preparations, mise en place, plating, cooking, and sending) in strict respect of the provided recipes;                   &  \- Apply HACCP, FIFO, forward motion, hygiene, and food safety rules           \- Participate in supply, FIFO storage, and restaurant logistics        \- Participate in washing kitchen equipment and other dishwashing tasks ; \- Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen areas                                                        \- Participate in waste disposal respecting selective sorting and operational processes      \- Participate in snow removal from the restaurant terraces                                                                        \- Participate in monthly inventories of products and kitchen equipment ; \- Participate in pre and post-service briefings ; \- Support the Sous-Chef and the Chef de cuisine in service organization and communication    \- Participate in the evolution of dishes within their perimeter. Your profile: \- CFC or AFP Cook, (and/or equivalence of training/significant experience in the industry) ; \- Excellent presentation, exemplary behavior, and punctuality ; \- Team spirit, good communication, and interpersonal skills ; \- Dynamism, versatility, availability, and sense of respect for hierarchy ; \- Good knowledge of HACCP and FIFO rules           \- Ability to work in demanding conditions, including at altitude ; \- Resistance to stress-inducing situations                                \- Previous experience in a high-volume establishment or similar           \- Good level in Ski/Snowboard (to be able to travel to the workplace in all conditions, black slope, fresh snow, fog).
