What awaits you Travel booking and expense report management Calendar management for directors Writing minutes, meeting follow-ups and creating presentations Creation of offers, opening and monitoring of Purchase Orders Planning and organization of meetings and committees Coordinating and monitoring contracts with service providers Providing support in monitoring invoicing and ordering processes related to operations Administrative support within the framework of various projects Announcement of works and communications to users Contributing to the regular updating of dashboards and budgets What you bring Commercial, administrative, technical training or equivalent Knowledge in the field of building technology and/or security installations would be a plus 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative assistance is a plus Proficiency in French level C1 min Proficiency in English level C1 min Knowledge of Italian would be an asset Excellent management of IT tools (MS Office) Proficiency in SAP is a plus Rigorous, organized and autonomous person Strong customer orientation Excellent presentation Ready for us?
