At Würth Logistics, you will strengthen our IT Services team at the Rorschach location. Together with another colleague, you will be the central contact point for IT concerns of our employees at a total of nine locations in Switzerland, in Germany, in Austria, and in Malaysia. You will answer their questions and support them in their daily work with our IT systems. In the event of disruptions in our IT, you will ensure quick solutions and work together with internal specialists and external IT partners. In this way, you contribute to a stable IT operation in our company.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• You are the central contact point for the IT concerns of our employees. You receive disruptions and service requests via our ticket system and the IT hotline, prioritize them, and ensure structured and timely processing.
• You analyze and resolve technical disruptions in 1st- and 2nd-level support, particularly regarding Microsoft 365, workplace IT, and our corporate applications. For more complex problems, you work closely with our internal specialists, key users, and external IT partners.
• You coordinate the processing of disruptions with our internal and external IT service providers, track open tickets until resolution, and ensure compliance with agreed service levels and escalation processes.
• You maintain our IT workstations, manage user accounts, permissions, and software licenses, procure and configure hardware, and ensure an up-to-date device inventory.
• You monitor relevant IT systems and interfaces, recognize recurring disruptions, and work together with the responsible specialists on sustainable solutions to continuously improve the stability of our IT services.
• You actively develop our support processes, document solutions in our knowledge base, and identify opportunities to standardize and automate recurring tasks.
• You support the introduction of new IT systems and applications, accompany tests and rollouts, and work together with the project teams to ensure a structured handover of new solutions into operational IT operations.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training in the field of informatics (EFZ) or bring comparable practical experience in IT support.
• You have experience in 1st- and 2nd-level support and work confidently with ticket systems and an IT hotline. Knowledge of ITIL 4 helps you to find your way around quickly with us.
• You analyze problems in a structured manner, find practical solutions, and maintain an overview even with multiple requests.
• You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and coordinate with colleagues, specialists, and external partners as required.
• You are familiar with Microsoft 365 as well as common workplace systems and applications. Experience with SAP TM is an advantage.
• You communicate orally and in writing in stylistically confident German and at a good level in English.
• You are willing to support our international locations during on-call duty outside of office hours and on public holidays.
