For our renowned customer in the region of Canton Bern, we are looking for an immediate: Call Center Agent 100% (m/f/d) Your work: • You are the contact person for the company's customers in the field of telecommunications • In a rapidly developing specialist field, you answer inquiries competently and confidently by telephone, e-mail and letter • From Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 19:00 and partly on Saturday from 09:00 to 19:00 • You efficiently perform back-office activities, technical telephone support and can profitably convince customers of further products of the company • Using modern communication tools, you independently process simple customer-oriented processes • You take the customers' concerns very seriously, quickly recognize their needs and inspire your customers through your professional advice and communication Your profile: • Completed basic training in the commercial field is an advantage • Experience in an inbound or outbound call center is required, respectively, understanding and speaking CH-German is mandatory and French M/S at a minimum level B2 • Very good communication skills, enjoyment of telephone customer contact and technical flair in telecommunications • Experience and solid sales skills required • Helpful, sociable and solution-oriented personality • Good computer skills Interested?
