We are looking for a committed personality for our Finance & Controlling department to support our team as a Junior Business Partner Controlling in the Sales Center Switzerland. In this versatile role, you will combine controlling, finance, and fleet management and work closely with various specialist departments. What is the position about?- Does analyzing numbers, recognizing connections, and deriving sound bases for decision-making excite you? In this role, you will support the further development of our controlling and simultaneously make an important contribution to efficient finance and fleet management processes. Which tasks will you undertake?- You will • support the operational controlling activities (incl. accounting) in daily business and participate in budgeting, forecasts, as well as monthly and annual financial statements. • create and evaluate business management key figures, reports, as well as contribution margin, cost, and profitability analyses. • preparation of VAT reports in cooperation with the accounting department • support the specialist departments as a business management contact person for financial and operational questions. • collaborate in cost center controlling as well as identify optimization and efficiency increase potentials. • manage operational fleet management, including vehicle dispatch, master data maintenance, as well as advising employees and managers. • participate in the further development of processes, reports, dashboards, and digital solutions in the area of Finance & Controlling. What do we expect from you? - You • have a completed degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable education. • bring initial professional experience in the field of controlling, finance, or accounting. • possess a strong affinity for numbers as well as analytical and conceptual skills. • work independently, structured, and solution-oriented. • have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and are interested in digital tools and reporting systems. • convince through communication strength, teamwork skills, and a strong service orientation.
