Customer Advisor Service Center, 80-100% What awaits you You will join our customer support team and become a specialist in our e-banking platform «VZ Portail financier». You support our customers by telephone for the activation and login to the VZ Portail financier. You advise our private clients by telephone on the services of the VZ Portail financier (banking services, savings, investments and pension schemes) and inform them about our digital services. You identify potential for optimization and organize appointments for the advisors in our branches. Internally, you provide support to the French-speaking customer advisors regarding all services of VZ and the VZ Portail financier. You also collaborate with our employees at the VZ Banque de Dépôt headquarters in Zug. You constantly develop your knowledge and can thus provide information on all services offered, particularly regarding the field of digital banking. In addition to your daily missions, you have the opportunity to contribute actively to the development of VZ Banque de Dépôt by participating in internal projects.
