Senior Application Manager CX and CRM

In this versatile role, you are the central interface between Business, IT, and our external partners. You take responsibility for the applications BSI CX and BSI CRM as well as other selected business applications and ensure their reliable operation and continuous further development.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the applications BSI CX and BSI CRM as well as other selected business applications over the entire lifecycle - from ensuring operation and further development via releases and changes to replacement.
• Analysis and rectification of application disturbances and errors.
• Recording, analysis, and prioritization of requirements from the business and transferring the requirements into actionable solutions.
• Creation of test concepts, definition of standard cases, and execution of tests.
• Support of the specialist departments in the introduction of new functionalities and ensuring optimal knowledge transfer.
• Creation, updating, maintenance, and management of documentation such as operating manuals, user manuals, and instructions.
• Collaboration in projects and change initiatives.
• Coordination of cooperation between Business, IT, software partners, and other stakeholders and ensuring clear and efficient communication.

To succeed, you need:

• Completed higher education in the field of business informatics, informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in Application Management, Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, or Business Application Management, ideally in a financial or banking environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their mapping in business applications.
• Proven knowledge of the standard software BSI CX and BSI CRM.
• Experience in dealing with external software partners and in stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of the banking environment and in particular of the core banking system Finnova is an advantage.
• You communicate with style in German and can ideally also communicate confidently in English.
• You think analytically, act in a solution-oriented manner, and bring a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
• You are a committed personality who likes to take responsibility, actively shapes changes, and maintains an overview even in complex situations.
