To strengthen the kitchen team of Swiss Re Gastronomy at the Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue in Rüschlikon, we are looking for a committed and passionate individual as Chef de Partie. Starting 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.   Your main tasks • Independent preparation, organization, and leadership at various stations to ensure a professional, creative, and sustainable banquet service • Implementation of our sustainable gastronomy strategy within your own area of responsibility in close cooperation with the team • Active participation in the further development of our entire culinary offering • Passing on specialist knowledge to apprentices as well as taking on a role model function in their development • The working days for an 80% workload are Monday to Thursday, for a 100% workload additionally Friday • Flexible working hours between 07:00 and 22:00 in shift operation (continuous service possible, Zimmerstunde optional) • Sporadic assignments at the headquarters in Zürich as well as occasional weekend services   Swiss Re Gastronomy - Your working environment The Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue is a modern conference center with hotel operations and stands for lived, uncompromising hospitality. In a kitchen team of around 25 employees and apprentices, you will shape a versatile culinary offering for internal and external events - from apéros to lunches and dinners to large-scale events and buffets.
