YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Planning, organization, and coordination of over 100 trainings including scheduling, trainer coordination, participant management, as well as room and resource planning
• Further development and ensuring an efficient training organization in close cooperation with Stream Leads, Key Users, IT, and SAP CoE
• Creation, revision, and quality assurance of training documents, learning materials, instructions, and exercises in German and English
• Administration and maintenance of learning offerings in the Learning Management System (LMS) as well as tracking of training participation and learning progress. Supporting subject matter experts in the development of target-group-oriented learning offerings as well as implementation of train-the-trainer measures
• Analysis of training feedback, identification of optimization potential, and continuous improvement of learning offerings
• Collaboration in the introduction of new processes and systems as well as supporting employees in the sustainable application of what has been learned

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Completed education or further training in the field of adult education, Learning & Development, HR Development, didactics, or a comparable qualification
• Two to three years of professional experience in training coordination, personnel development, adult education, or a comparable environment
• Experience in the organization and implementation of training programs for different target groups, from employees to executives
• Knowledge in the didactic preparation of learning content as well as interest in modern learning and training methods
• Experience in dealing with Learning Management Systems (LMS); knowledge of SAP, SAP LMS, or e-learning authoring tools is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working paired with high communication strength and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders
