Your tasks • You search for and acquire suitable parking spaces for new Mobility sites in predefined areas • You maintain relationships with key parking space lessors • You document your results in the systems and manage lease contracts, payment processes and parking space signage • You support the development of processes and systems as well as projects and other initiatives What you bring • You have completed commercial training or a higher qualification, speak German fluently and have French knowledge at B2 level • You are passionate about operational purchasing and the acquisition of services and spaces - ideally, you already have experience in the real estate sector • You communicate clearly and professionally with internal departments as well as with external partners such as parking space lessors and service providers • You enjoy autonomous work and team exchange and take pleasure in actively participating in the development of tasks and processes Participate with us in the management of the parking spaces of tomorrow and make a decisive contribution to creating the foundations of tomorrow's mobility and promoting sustainable growth.
