Management Trainee Housekeeping 100% (m/w/i)

Your tasks ##

• Control of arrival, stay-over, and departure rooms
• Daily assignment of Room Attendants and porters to the respective floors
• Leadership and supervision of employees on the floor
• Inventory management such as material storage, linen storage, guest storage, as well as Lost & Found
• Management of guest storage as well as the lost property list
• Management of the guest file with special requests
• Maintenance of personal contact with our guests
• Control of public areas, terraces, and the outdoor pool
• Forwarding technical deficiencies and defects to the responsible department
• Flower care
• Assistance with various inventories such as crockery, glassware, and laundry
• Assistance in updating and complying with the LQA standards
• As part of your internship, you will also support housekeeping with professional room cleaning according to our internal standards and specifications, predominantly in split shifts

Your profile ##

• You are currently in training at a Swiss hotel management school
• You have a flair for luxury hospitality as well as a strong sense of order and cleanliness
• You have a view of the whole and at the same time an eye for detail
• You convince through teamwork, assertiveness, and flexibility
• You possess a high level of service awareness
• You have very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
