Your main tasks • Ensure the operation and availability of ServiceNow according to the Service Level • Continuously develop and optimize existing ServiceNow solutions • Regularly discuss with platform and process owners as well as managers to develop suitable solutions for different needs and goals • Operative control, coordination and communication with the external implementation partner and external service providers • Support Service Owners and Catalog Editors according to technical possibilities • Plan, review, test and implement Release Upgrades in ServiceNow • Implement various strategically important projects, with a focus on User Experience Your profile • You have at least 2 years of experience in IT application operations and want to specialize in ServiceNow • You see your strengths and development goals in optimizing IT workflows • You are able to develop holistic solutions, are very receptive to learning and quickly recognize connections • You communicate gladly with customers and have a confident demeanor • You plan your tasks sensibly, prioritize them consistently and thus ensure guaranteed services • You are a team player, gladly take on responsibility and are characterized by a strong customer orientation • Very good German and English language skills in word and writing Our offer We offer you a varied and interesting task in a small, committed team with flat hierarchies.
