Bern, Schweiz \| 80-100% (job sharing possible) This is your contribution <br /> • Responsible for holistic control and continuous optimization of the Change Management process • Take on ownership for the Change Control process with end-to-end monitoring and control • Responsibility for the operational implementation of Change Management including ensuring the change process. Formal checking of all phases of a change to ensure correctness and completeness, taking into account the defined guidelines • Drive active communication of all persons involved in changes. Ensure documentation of the lifecycle of a change. Manage escalation management within the framework of the change process. Involvement of the Change Advisory Board (CAB) or the Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB) <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Professional qualification with higher vocational education (HF, FH or equivalent) with further training in ITIL4 and process management • Knowledge in dealing with management systems according to ISO standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 20000 • Further training in process management and BPMN 2.0 • Sound knowledge, at least 3 years of experience as a Change Manager • Independent working style, good analytical and conceptual skills; assertiveness, persuasiveness and negotiation skills • Good active knowledge of two official languages in spoken and written form, as well as passive knowledge of the third official language <br /> In a nutshell The Directorate for Labour of SECO is part of the federal competence center for all core issues of labor market policy and unemployment insurance.
