Financial Accountant and Specialist Management AR, AP 60% - 80%

Your main tasks

• Responsible for the financial accounting including subsidiary ledgers
• Maintenance of the general ledger
• Account reconciliations in the general ledger
• Review of postings according to HRM2
• Preparation of the annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, accruals, audit documents)
• Support with questions regarding value-added tax
• Support in accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as in the supervision of apprentices
• Providing information to cost center managers, suppliers, and customers (residents)

Your profile

• Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting (eidg. FA)
• Several years of professional experience in the accounting field including closing
• Proven specialist knowledge in the area of value-added tax
• Experience in HRM2 or in public administration is an advantage
• Profound MS Office skills with a focus on Excel as well as Abacus skills are an advantage
• Independent, precise, and reliable way of working
