Quooker Schweiz AG is on a growth course and plans to increase the number of its employees from around 43 today to around 75 in the coming years. This increases the requirements for the organization, leadership, and personnel management.

To successfully accompany this development, we have been exclusively commissioned to search for an experienced personality for the newly created position as HR Head. For this purpose, we are looking for an entrepreneurially-minded HR personality who knows the challenges of a growing company and actively helps shape its further development.

Your tasks

• You are overall responsible for HR and act as a sparring partner to the management in personnel, leadership, and organizational matters
• You are responsible for forward-looking personnel and resource planning with regard to company growth
• You specifically further develop the organization, roles, and leadership structures, as well as personnel and executive development
• You professionalize the HR structures and processes and ensure reliable operational HR
• You guarantee compliance with labor law requirements

Your profile

• HR federal diploma (HR Fachausweis) as well as further training in organizational development, change management, or a comparable qualification are mandatory requirements
• Several years of sound HR professional experience with proven overall responsibility in a growing SME or similarly structured environment
• Proven experience in HR support during a comparable growth phase as well as several years of activity as a direct HR sparring partner to a management team
• Very good and practice-proven knowledge of Swiss labor law
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are a big plus
