Your mission

For one of our clients, a recognized player in the insurance sector, ValJob Permanent is looking for a Customer Advisor to join a team based in Sion. This opportunity is intended for a person who wishes to evolve in a complete function, at the crossroads of customer service, advising, and administrative management. Your responsibilities: - Welcome, inform, and support customers by telephone and in the agency - Identify customer needs and propose adapted solutions - Ensure the processing and administrative follow-up of files - Manage various requests related to contracts and benefits - Participate in customer loyalty and development - Collaborate with external advisors and various internal departments - Guarantee professional, reactive, and high-quality service

Your profile

• CFC commercial employee or equivalent training - First experience in insurance, banking, customer service, or in an administrative function with customer contact - Ideally, you hold the AFA certification or are motivated to undergo this training - Excellent command of French; German or any other language is an asset - Strong interpersonal skills and a pronounced taste for customer contact - Interest in advising and the commercial dimension - Comfortable with administrative management and rigorous file follow-up - Organized, proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented personality - Good command of IT tools Previous experience in insurance is an advantage, but we are also open to profiles from other sectors with a strong customer orientation wishing to develop in the insurance field.
