The Stiftung Seehalde in Seon and Rombach (AG) is a social organization for around 70 people with support needs. Both in the residential area and in the day structure, it places people with their individual biographies, abilities and developmental resources at the center. The around 130 employees accompany the people on their path to the greatest possible freedom. Stiftung Seehalde sees itself as a lively and innovative place where people can develop their potential. For the day structure area with around 70 people with support needs, we are looking for an engaged and innovative personality as Head of Day Structure, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this newly created function, you will take on a central role in the upcoming change process of the day structure. On the basis of the existing service strategy, you will design and manage the organizational and conceptual further development of the service as well as the planned merger of the two locations Rombach and Seon. In doing so, you succeed in winning employees over to changes, providing orientation and developing a common, cooperative and learning-oriented team culture. At the same time, you bear the overall responsibility for the day structure service area and, together with your deputies, lead around 30 employees professionally, personally and organizationally. You develop your teams in a targeted manner and, together with them, design a participation-oriented service in the sense of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. In close cooperation with the management, you implement the service strategy. You have sound leadership experience and have already successfully designed and implemented demanding change processes. With your transformational leadership understanding, you succeed in involving employees in change processes, addressing resistance constructively and developing sustainable solutions together.
