You also contribute to ensuring the adequacy, efficiency, and compliance of administrative surfaces made available to employees, while optimizing the use of real estate and financial resources in compliance with the legal framework and entrusted mandates. Looking forward to exchanging with you >> #### Your key missions * Ensure the administrative and financial management of the real estate portfolio (budgets, invoices, statements, cost monitoring) and analyze variances * Evaluate the use of assets (occupancy, turnover, costs, claims) and formulate recommendations * Manage the lease lifecycle (analysis, negotiation, renewal, termination) and handle requests from stakeholders * Plan and monitor works, manage maintenance contracts and insurance * Ensure the updating of housing availability according to needs * Utilize real estate data to support decision-making and improve processes * Collaborate with internal and external partners, handle requests and manage complex or conflicting situations ### Your profile * CFC as a commercial employee or title deemed equivalent * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in real estate management * Good knowledge of tenancy law (additional training, an asset) * Mastery of office tools and, ideally, real estate management software * Excellent analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills * Team spirit, collaboration, and flexibility * Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and rigor * Interest in the field of migration ### What EVAM offers you * A committed working environment * A continuous training policy to evolve in your career * A teleworking policy * 5 weeks of vacation (6 from age 50) * Very good social benefits * Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context ### The recruitment process in 3 steps: 1 An interview with the line manager and recruitment 2 A professional situational exercise 3 A half-day immersion to concretely discover your future working environment At the end of the process: request for a criminal record extract, (clean documents required).
