Job description Set up job subscription   Cyber Governance & Risk Manager (w/m/d) # IT / Bern / Experienced / Permanent/ 40% - 100% What awaits you ## As part of the CISO Office, you will help shape the further development of the cyber governance and risk topics of the Mobiliar. You will contribute to ensuring that we manage cyber and information security risks in a forward-looking, efficient, and effective manner and that we further develop our requirements, processes, and controls. In doing so, you will make an important contribution to the security of the Mobiliar and to the preparation for today's and future challenges.  What you will achieve with us ## In a demanding and changing environment with constantly evolving cyber threats, you will participate in the further development of our cyber governance and risk topics and contribute to managing cyber and information security risks in a forward-looking, traceable, and effective manner.    In this role, you can contribute your skills by supporting the targeted and practical further development of binding requirements, making risks recognizably and addressably structured, and strengthening cyber risk awareness within the organization. In this way, you help to sharpen the focus on essential risks, create sound decision-making bases for effective security management, and prepare the Mobiliar for today's and future challenges.    You will work closely with process owners, specialist departments, as well as the agile and interdisciplinary change organization and act as a connecting interface between governance, risk, implementation, and awareness.  What you bring with you ## • Professional or university degree in (business) informatics, information security, risk management, or a comparable field; as well as further training in the cyber security, governance, or risk environment, for example CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC or comparable • Professional experience in cyber, information, or IT security, ideally in governance or risk management • You have a good understanding of IT and security standards, frameworks, or best practices such as ISO, NIST, ITIL, ISF SOGP or COBIT • Enjoyment in preparing complex issues in an understandable way and developing practical solutions together with various specialist departments • You are a communicative, open-minded personality and convince through a careful, pragmatic, and team-oriented way of working • Very good German skills as well as good English skills; French skills are an advantage Work with us ## A committed team of experts awaits you, who are convinced in their commitment to protecting our customers, partners, employees, and the Mobiliar.
