HR Generalist Become part of SFC KOENIG®, something extraordinary \- a high-performance environment designed for success where teams win together Job Overview Under the direct HR management, the Human Resources Generalist executes the daily transactions of the HR department. This includes diverse HR tasks such as payroll processing, social insurance, and time management for our (approx. 100 employees) as well as the German location (approx. 20 employees). Support throughout the entire HR life cycle, from applications to performance management to exit, completes the role. Responsibilities Operational HR management for the location as well as support for the German location Independent execution of payroll Switzerland → including mutations, settlements, social insurances, year-end processes, and time management Coordination of payroll Germany → in close cooperation with our external payroll service provider HR administration: contracts, mutations, certificates, personnel files Contact person for employees and managers on personnel-related topics Accompanying HR projects such as process optimizations, digitalization, or culture initiatives Support in all relevant HR processes of the entire life cycle from recruitment to exit Profile Completed commercial training or studies, ideally with HR further training (e.g., HR-Fachfrau/Fachmann) Several years of experience as an HR Generalist with payroll responsibility Very good knowledge of labor law and payroll accounting Initial experience with German labor law or payroll processes is an advantage Enjoyment of hands-on work, high service orientation, and a structured way of working Strong communication skills, empathetic, and confident in dealing with employees and managers German and English skills Flexibility and adaptability Knowledge of Abacus Payroll & Time Management as well as Workday is an advantage Offer A responsible key role in a motivating and innovative environment in a successful corporate group with an international orientation Flexible working time model Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths Further education and training opportunities Global development opportunities Min. 25 vacation days, 5 bridge days Free drinks REKA-Checks Free parking spaces, central location, free charging possibility for e-vehicles CO2 neutral since 2002 "Would you like to become part of our team?
