In this role at Zurich Schweiz, you are part of the Life business unit in the Individual Life area, Customer Services IL, Bestand Agents in German-speaking Switzerland. You support the administration and care of life insurance in the individual customer segment and, with your solution-oriented way of working, make an important contribution to the further development of our service quality. In doing so, you actively support the Individual Life business unit within Customer Services and act as a technical contact person both within and outside of Zurich Versicherung. With your commitment, you contribute significantly to the excellent Customer Experience.
