What awaits you Organization of assistance to people in difficulty worldwide Regular telephone contacts with our clientele, our subsidiaries and our correspondents Claims management: processing of claim declarations and decision on the coverage of costs Invoice processing: verification of invoices and settlement of claims Concierge services Your skills You like customer service by telephone You know what exceptional customer service is and are available for your clients every day You have a team spirit and an organized and meticulous way of working Ideally, you have initial experience in invoice processing or claims settlement You possess good oral and written skills in German, French and advanced English.
