Your tasks

• Independent work in the Front Office area
• Looking after our international guests
• Check-in and check-out (with software program Protel)
• Maintaining guest accounting
• Creating offers and reservations for individual guests and groups
• Guest correspondence and general administrative work
• Support of the seminar and banquet department
• Taking on early and late shifts

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training as Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ, Hotelfach- oder Hotelkommunikationsfachfrau/mann or similar training
• You bring experience from the hotel and/or gastronomy sector
• You have a customer-oriented and friendly appearance
• You speak fluent German and have good English and French skills
• You are reliable and like working in the service sector
• You have perseverance and a high sense of quality regarding your performance
