Ensure the mise en place and preparation of the various dishes. Master cooking techniques and plate presentation. Guarantee a neat and consistent presentation of preparations. Actively participate in the smooth running of the service. Work effectively in collaboration with the entire brigade. Strictly respect hygiene and food safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Confirmed experience in à la carte cooking and plated service. Good mastery of cooking, preparations, and plating. Ability to work during sustained services. Speed of execution, rigor, and organizational skills. Excellent team spirit. Strict respect for hygiene and food safety standards. Availability from Monday to Friday during the proposed hours.
