Construction Engineer with technical team leadership 80-100% Your tasks You plan, manage and process as project manager: demanding construction projects as well as maintenance measures in civil and road construction and in settlement drainage – from the study to the commissioning, independently or together with your team. You are interested in the technical leadership of our committed civil engineering team, promote knowledge exchange and support the further development of your employees. You take responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality in your projects. You process projects in infrastructure management (road / wastewater). You are the contact person for our clients. In doing so, you support your supervisor in project acquisition and maintain long-term customer relationships in civil and road construction. Your profile You have a degree as a construction engineer (Bsc or MSc). You have professional experience as a project manager in civil and/or road construction / settlement drainage. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, even when several projects are running in parallel. You are communicative, approach people openly and convince with your confident appearance. You take on responsibility, act entrepreneurially and bring your own ideas into play.
