As a pastry chef, you join the production teams and participate in the preparation of the different sweet preparations intended for the establishment's customers. You ensure the mise en place, production, and plating in compliance with recipes, quality standards, and hygiene rules. You are also capable of adapting quickly to the needs of the service and collaborating effectively with a demanding brigade. Your precision and attention to detail contribute directly to the experience offered to customers.

Profile sought

You have training in pastry making and confirmed experience in a hotel, gastronomic, or high-end environment. Autonomous, organized, and careful, you enjoy teamwork and know how to show reactivity when activity intensifies. Initial experience in a palace or 5-star establishment represents a real advantage. Your presentation, your professional attitude, and your ability to adapt are essential to succeeding in these missions.
