Roles and responsibilities

• Conceptual or theoretical activities related to translating user needs into the definition of a system, its architecture and its design through an iterative process resulting in an efficient operational system and requiring an interdisciplinary approach.
• Develop specialized knowledge in their discipline. Provides advice on best practices and/or quality. Is aware of the latest technical developments in their own field. Contributes to the development of strategies and policies, and ensures implementation within the limits of their area of responsibility.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of best practices and how their own field integrates with others. Possesses practical knowledge of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
• Demonstrates judgment to make decisions or resolve moderately complex tasks or problems in the areas of operations, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Adopts a new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and data analysis expertise to support recommendations. Calls upon limited internal and external resources outside of their own function to help them make a decision.
• Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues. Can lead small projects with moderate risks and resource needs. Explains difficult or sensitive information. Strives to establish consensus. Develops the necessary persuasion skills to influence others on topics within their domain.

Basic Qualifications

• - For roles outside the United States - This role requires advanced experience in the digital audio function and workstation. Knowledge equivalent to a master's degree from an accredited university (or a bachelor's degree with experience in a relevant field). - For roles in the United States - Master's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma and/or general studies diploma with at least 6 years of experience in the function).

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $113,200.00 and $188,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate-s experience, education, and skill set.
