The Role Management of assigned projects according to internal guidelines and objectives Ensuring compliance with quality, time and budget requirements Collection and definition of goals, structuring of projects, coordination of sub-areas, requirements engineering, test planning, active risk management, project reporting/controlling and project marketing Stakeholder management, moderation of problem-solving processes including documentation Review of the correct application of methods, techniques and tools in the agile implementation process Creation of concepts for the further development of internal processes as well as training materials and conducting the training Training and support of Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Team Members in the application of agile practices and methods Conducting quality controls, internal project audits and active support in resolving findings Promoting an agile, collaborative and learning culture with a focus on continuous improvement What we want completed education at university or technical college level with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field at least seven years of experience in the successful execution of projects, both in agile and classic environments sound experience in business analysis as well as strong analytical thinking and a very good understanding of business relationships additional training in the areas of project management and business analysis are an advantage, for example Organisator/in mit eidg.
