Client Support Technician H/F 100% Under the responsibility of the Support Team Manager, the client support technician provides a service to our clients by ensuring: - The processing and follow-up of customer requests by phone, email and ticketing system. - User assistance on all software modules: Accounting, Commerce (purchases, sales, stocks) and Salaries. - Technical assistance and help with software parameterization, installations, updates. The position is evolving according to the experience of the software.
