Tasks:

• Receipt and processing of telephone and written customer inquiries in German, French, English and Italian
• Comprehensive telephone and written customer care from A to Z in the area of coop.ch
• Receipt of written and telephone customer orders
• Telephone support for the drivers
• General administrative activities

Requirements:

• Completed commercial or equivalent training
• Very good oral and written German and French skills at least at B1 level (English and Italian an advantage)
• Experienced in handling digital work tools, good user knowledge in MS Office, affinity for digital products and systems (webshop and apps)
• Exact and very customer-oriented way of working
• High willingness for evening and Saturday shifts, strong teamwork skills
• Own car for the commute during late shifts an advantage

Terms of employment: Pension fund: 2/3 is paid by Coop, 18 weeks paid maternity leave and 4 weeks paid paternity leave
