For our client, we are looking for a Senior IT Service Manager -- Digital Workplace & Collaboration who brings their extensive experience and expertise in service management to optimize and continuously develop modern workplace services. We are looking for a dedicated personality who supports operational operations and identifies development potential in the digital working environment.

Region: Bern

Employment type: Temporary with option for extension

Workload: 100%

Your tasks

• Support in the development and management of service governance & policies
• Management of providers and processes
• Management and optimization of SLA and KPI structures
• Support of incident, request, and escalation processes
• Identification and implementation of improvement potentials in the areas of workplace and collaboration services

Your profile

• Residence in Switzerland, ideally in the Bern area
• Several years of experience as a Service Manager in complex IT service organizations
• Sound knowledge in ITIL, service management, and provider management
• Experience in creating service catalogs
• Competence in SLA and KPI management
• Practice in the areas of workplace and collaboration environments
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management competencies
