As Regional Trade Manager, you will take on a key role at the interface of Sales, Marketing Switzerland, and Product Management. You translate global strategies into effective regional activation measures, support sales with relevant sales arguments, and ensure that the needs of our partners and markets flow back into the organization in a targeted manner. In this way, you make a decisive contribution to the further development of our market processing and to the strengthening of the V-ZUG position in the Swiss market.

What the position offers you

• As a link between global strategies and regional market needs, you translate product, POS, and category management guidelines into effective trade marketing measures with measurable impact
• For different partner segments and sales regions, you develop attractive value propositions, convincing storylines, and tailor-made activation approaches that create relevance and exploit potentials
• With practical content, CRM-supported approaches, campaigns, promotions, and trainings, you strengthen sales and enable more targeted, more effective partner management
• Together with Sales and global Trade Marketing, you drive the professional further development of POS presence, product placement, and exhibition concepts and ensure the highest visibility of our brand at the Point of Sale
• You design and manage regional promotions, partner activations, events, and B2B campaigns and develop sustainable activation formats with long-term effect from them
• You systematically analyze market, partner, and competitor information and derive concrete recommendations for action for Product Management, Sales Leadership, and Marketing from them

What you bring to the position

• You bring several years of experience in B2B sales. Whether in direct or indirect sales: You have successfully developed and implemented sales- or marketing-related concepts and achieved demonstrable successes. Experience in B2B or Trade Marketing, Retail or Category Management, as well as initial leadership experience in managing teams or projects are welcome
• You can translate market and partner needs into convincing value propositions, effective sales tactics, and relevant activation concepts
• You feel comfortable close to the market and bring a strong hands-on mentality. Together with Sales teams and partners, you test, optimize, and scale ideas where they unfold their impact
• CRM, campaign management, and reporting are more than just tools for you. You use data purposefully to identify opportunities, make decisions, and make measures measurably more successful
• With your convincing communication and presentation skills, you succeed in inspiring sales teams, involving stakeholders, and building sustainable relationships with internal as well as external partners
• You move confidently between Marketing, Sales, and Product Management and find viable solutions even with differing interests
• You communicate with style in German. French language skills are an advantage and will help you to act even more effectively in a Switzerland-wide environment
