Claims Specialist Foreign Motor Vehicle and Travel Insurance Claims (f/m/d) Part-time/Full-time

What you achieve ##

• You independently and customer-orientedly process demanding motor vehicle claims with international relevance
• You negotiate by telephone and in writing in several languages with claimants and partner companies from various countries and carry out legal situation and agreement subrogations in Switzerland and abroad
• You coordinate claim settlement with international partners and ensure a high quality of settlement
• You analyze claim cases, make sound decisions, and actively contribute your expertise to optimizations, quality measures, and projects
• Additionally, you are the internal contact person for field service, brokers, and product management, as well as for our cooperation partner in personal assistance.

What you bring ##

• Several years of experience in motor vehicle and/or travel insurance claims processing, ideally with international relevance.
• You have fluent German skills in speaking and writing, as well as Italian and/or French; further language skills are a great plus
• Ideally, you have the eidg. Fachausweis as Versicherungsfachfrau/-mann or a comparable further education
• You communicate clearly, with negotiation certainty, and in an appropriate manner for the target group
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• You are an empathetic personality with high customer orientation and value cooperation with internal as well as international partners
• You contribute with ideas and enjoy continuously developing processes and cooperation
