Die Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations -- our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden -- we combine professional competence with appreciative and interdisciplinary cooperation. Your tasks * Appointment management * Personnel scheduling of the therapeutic and medical employees * Reception * Support and coordination of reporting * Support in operating the telephone switchboard * Versatile and demanding contacts with patients, their relatives, and all other visitors * Holiday substitution for colleagues Your profile * completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant with commercial further training or commercial employee EFZ with professional experience in a hospital/clinic environment * Strong organizational skills * sound Office/ERP/KIS user knowledge * Stylish German * flexible and resilient person with a sense of responsibility and initiative * Confidentiality and trustworthiness * We desire a basic attitude characterized by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
