On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an After-sales bodywork service advisor (M/F) Your future responsibilities: You will welcome and accompany clients throughout the handling of their vehicle, ensuring a high-quality service. You will analyze the damage, establish estimates and propose the most suitable repair solutions. You will coordinate exchanges with insurance companies, leasing companies and various partners to ensure effective treatment of files you will plan interventions in collaboration with the workshop and ensure that agreed deadlines are met. You will organize client mobility solutions and ensure administrative follow-up of repair orders until invoicing. You will also be responsible for maintaining regular communication with clients to inform them of the progress of repairs and respond to their questions. You will contribute to the quality of the service by ensuring that internal procedures and company standards are respected. You will return vehicles by presenting the work carried out, explaining the invoice in a clear manner and ensuring an impeccable customer experience, based on listening, professionalism and satisfaction. Your profile: You have a CFC in the field of bodywork or painting and have successful experience in a similar function in Switzerland. You pay particular attention to the quality of reception and customer follow-up, prioritizing listening, advice and satisfaction You work autonomously while appreciating collaboration with different services You keep your cool in the face of unexpected events and make decisions adapted to the situations encountered You show flexibility, availability and a strong sense of responsibility.
