The Eden Roc hotel is located directly on the shores of Lake Maggiore and is part of the "Swiss Deluxe Hotels" and the "Leading Hotels of the World" as a 5-star superior luxury hotel. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection", it has been repeatedly awarded as the best holiday hotel in Switzerland. The hotel has 95 luxurious rooms and suites, four restaurants, including the gastronomic highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars, as well as the 2000 m² Eden Roc spa. The vast garden with private beach, panoramic jetty and marina is complemented by a variety of water sports offers, a water skiing and sailing school as well as boat rentals.

? YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in the same or a comparable position
• German and English mandatory, any other language is an asset
• Strong service spirit, sense of organization
• Friendly attitude, courtesy towards clients
• Neat appearance

? YOUR TASKS

• Management of the reservations department
• Active sale of all services and products
• Upselling and cross-selling of rooms, F&B points of sale, spa and additional services
• Receipt and processing of inquiries, offers and reservations
• Ensure the 24-hour processing time, including the guarantee of departmental presence 7 days a week
• Replacement of the Revenue Manager
• Management of room allotments on all sales channels
• Liaison function between reservations and the Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage, Spa and Marketing departments
• Preparation of reports, statistics and analyses
• Cost control as well as measures to increase turnover and optimize costs
• Ensure internal and external information flow
• Training, promotion and motivation of employees
• Participation in recruitment in collaboration with human resources
• Monitoring and optimization of operations in accordance with quality and safety standards
• Receipt and processing of feedback, complaints and wishes
• Market and trend monitoring
