The "Anlagen Netz Nord Surselva" team consists of approx. 20 employees and is distributed across the locations Ilanz and Disentis. The team is responsible for the construction, inspection and maintenance of production and network facilities in our distribution network.

What you do

• Planning, coordination and monitoring of the maintenance of our facilities as well as ensuring rapid and safe fault rectification
• Implementation of repairs and renewals as well as decommissioning in close cooperation and coordination with the internal specialist departments
• Participation in projects as well as contributing operational requirements and regional framework conditions
• Taking over the personnel and professional leadership of the two teams in Disentis and Ilanz and promoting the professional and personal development of the employees. In addition, you assist in the recruitment of new employees.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, implementation of measures of the internal processes (IMS) as well as promoting an active safety culture
• Continuous optimization of workflows as well as efficient and cost-conscious use of resources

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as Netzelektriker:in EFZ, Elektroinstallateur:in EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Completed further training as Netzfachmann/-frau (eidg. Berufsprüfung) or equivalent training
• Further training as Netzelektriker:in Meister:in or an equivalent higher vocational education is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience (min. 3–5 years) as well as at least 3 years of experience in a leadership function
• Very good German skills; Romansh skills are an advantage. Further language skills are welcome.
• Independent, communicative and responsible personality with strong professional and organizational thinking skills
• Readiness for regular travel (approx. 1–2 days per week)
