Head of Pharmaceutical Product Development (100%) m/f/d

Your main tasks

• Leadership and development of the Pharmaceutical Product Development team (project management, sub-project management galenics) as well as management of the galenic development laboratory.
• Responsibility for new product developments of herbal medicinal products for the A.Vogel Gruppe – from target formulation to market launch.
• Support of Product Lifecycle Management and maintenance projects: galenic optimization of existing products, site transfers, process optimizations, and change notifications.
• Creation, review, and approval of technical documentation according to the internal responsibility matrix, including the quality modules for international registration dossiers and change notifications.
• Support of manufacturing, cleaning, and process validations as well as technical assessment of deviations including root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Manufacture and documentation of clinical test samples and placebos in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Competence center and contact point for galenic and pharmaceutical-technological questions – for Production, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, Purchasing, Marketing, and in-house cultivation.
