Your role with us

• You advise our demanding national as well as international customers when purchasing high-quality brand watches
• You create an unforgettable customer experience and possess the ability to develop a significant loyal customer relationship
• You act with enthusiasm as a Brand Ambassador and position our exclusive products using your expert technical and storytelling skills
• Implementation of CRM guidelines
• Active network maintenance, preservation and expansion of the customer base
• Responsible for a smooth flow of daily business
• Ensuring optimally presented sales areas, shop windows and vitrines
• Participation and assistance at customer events
• Collaboration in specific projects

What you bring with you

• Training in retail, hospitality/gastronomy, watch and jewelry industry
• Several years of experience in the luxury segment of retail
• Profound technical knowledge in the watch sector
• Business fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing, any further language is an advantage
• IT affinity present
• Hospitable, sales flair
• Open and customer-oriented personality with strong service orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Style confidence, professional appearance as well as courteous manners
• High degree of empathy as well as intercultural competences in dealing with our local and international clientele
