Job Description

• Design and develop innovative menus adapted to the needs of collective catering customers
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities, including the management of kitchen teams
• Maintain high standards in terms of hygiene and food safety
• Collaborate with service staff to ensure an exceptional overall gastronomic experience
• Manage suppliers and stocks while respecting established budgets

Profile Sought

• Solid experience as a head of kitchen in the catering sector, mainly in collective catering
• Proficiency in French and German, both oral and written
• Culinary creativity and ability to adapt to varied dietary preferences
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team
• In-depth knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
