Customer Contact Center Employee (m/f), 100% – temporary

Your task:

• Telephone and written support of customers in German and French
• Processing of customer requests via ticket system – competent, friendly and solution-oriented
• Forwarding of inquiries to the responsible specialist departments
• Ensuring a professional and efficient customer service

Your profile:

• Experience in back office, call center, contact center or office area
• Very good French skills
• Very good German skills
• Good MS Office skills
• Enjoyment of making phone calls and daily customer contact
• High initiative and the ability to set priorities
• Communicative, team-oriented as well as independent and reliable way of working
• Fixed-term until 31.03.2027 with the option of permanent employment
