What you do • You are responsible for the smooth operation at Stay KooooK, take care of all operational and administrative processes on site and are responsible for guest satisfaction – from A to Z • Through your high passion for hosting and commitment, you are decisive for the success of our concept • With great attention to detail, you take over the coordination and control with housekeeping, you organize and conduct events for our guests • The Flat and the Backyard are your domain – you lovingly take care of the plants and ensure that everything is as cozy and tidy as at home • You accompany your guests in their digital guest journey if necessary and support them with their concerns • Through your warm manner and positive attitude, guests feel completely at home with you and you enable them to have a unique stay What you bring with you • You are authentic! As part of the Host team of Bern, you work in the two Stay KooooK Bern Wankdorf and Bern City. Stay KooooK Bern Wankdorf includes 62 studios, including 3 family studios. Stay KooooK Bern City, which is located directly at Waisenhausplatz, includes 85 rooms.
