For our future-oriented real estate portfolio, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality as Senior Real Estate Manager Area Management Zwhatt 100%. With the new urban quarter Zwhatt in Regensdorf-Watt, an extraordinary environment awaits you: an urban and lively quarter with apartments, commercial spaces, diverse uses, and a strong community, directly at the Regensdorf station.

In this responsible position, you are the central contact person for the operational management and further development of the area. Through your presence on-site in the settlement office, you ensure a high quality of service and personal support for tenants and users. You coordinate internal and external partners and, with your real estate know-how, actively contribute to the further development of Zwhatt as an attractive, lively, and sustainably successful location.

Your area of responsibility

• Operational responsibility for the management of the Zwhatt area in Regensdorf with its different residential, commercial, and community uses
• Independent management of a demanding and dynamic real estate portfolio with complex tenancy relationships and different stakeholders
• Technical leadership of the Zhwatt management team with two other employees
• Ensuring professional, efficient, and customer-oriented real estate management on-site
• Central contact person for tenants, owner representatives, authorities, service providers, and other external partners
• Coordination and support of maintenance and warranty management during renovation and new construction
• Support in the further development of operational, usage, and area concepts
• Active participation in the further development of the quarter quality and community of Zwhatt
• Organization and support of events as well as activities to promote quarter life
• Management and coordination of external service providers as well as ensuring a high quality of execution
• Responsibility for budget control, cost management, and location-specific reporting
• Analysis of relevant key figures as well as development of measures to optimize operations and profitability
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as owners, project developers, and other stakeholders
• Active support in the further development of the location

What you bring to these tasks

• Real estate-specific education and further training, at least Federal Diploma of Higher Education (eidg. FA) Real Estate Manager
• Several years of professional experience in the management of complex commercial, residential, and/or development areas
• Sound experience in area or property management and enjoyment of a dynamic, evolving environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic way of working
• Confident and binding appearance towards tenants, owners, authorities, and business partners
• High service orientation and strong communication skills
• Enjoyment in working with different internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in supporting construction, renovation, and maintenance projects is an advantage
• Business fluent German skills
• High IT affinity, ideally experience with GaraioREM and MS
