Team Lead Social Work Case Management / Child Protection at 100% workload

The 16 municipalities of the Sozialregion Thal-Gäu with over 39-000 inhabitants perform their tasks in statutory social assistance as well as child and adult protection together in a special purpose association. Around 70 employees provide services at our location in Oensingen

We are looking for as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement:

Team Lead Social Work Case Management / Child Protection at 100% workload ##

(Standard, refugee and asylum social assistance)

Your tasks: ###

• Co-responsibility for the professional and personnel leadership of a team of 6-7 social workers.
• Co-responsibility for professional case management according to HFF.
• Active cooperation with other management personnel and participation in projects of the Sozialregion.
• Independent management of own social assistance cases.

What makes you interesting to us: ###

• Completed tertiary-level training in Social Work and several years of experience in case management in the field of social assistance.
• Several years of leadership experience as well as leadership training or the willingness to complete such.
• Analytical skills, a structured and independent way of working as well as a strong service orientation and openness to new solutions.
• Ability to grasp complex contexts, make sound decisions and take responsibility.
• Cooperative understanding of leadership and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with employees and other stakeholders.
• Proficient use of digital work tools and experience with the industry software KLIBnet.
