Hapimag is a Swiss vacation company founded in 1963 with headquarters in Steinhausen. The company operates in 16 countries, employs around 1'800 employees, and operates more than 5'000 holiday apartments in 56 resorts in Europe. In doing so, Hapimag covers the entire value chain from development and management to the operation of the resorts.

In the course of the strategic further development of the HR organization, we are looking for an experienced recruiting personality as Talent Acquisition Lead. The newly created position is initially limited to one year (with the option of extension) and offers genuine scope for design: You will have the opportunity to rethink Talent Acquisition at Hapimag in many areas, align structures and standards internationally, and contribute your own ideas from the beginning. At the same time, you will stay close to recruiting, fill demanding key positions, and lead a small team. In doing so, you will bring in best practices from larger organizations and translate them with a pragmatic SME mindset into solutions that fit Hapimag.

Your challenge

• Recruitment and consulting
• Independent control and filling of all positions in the HQ
• Consulting and sparring with hiring managers from the definition of the requirement profile to the well-founded selection decision
• Ensuring a professional and binding application process for candidates and hiring managers
• Construction & professionalization
• Further development and targeted expansion of our talent acquisition structures with plenty of design scope and the opportunity to anchor new approaches effectively and sustainably
• Adaptation of modern talent acquisition approaches and relevant best practices from larger or more complex organizations, as well as development of solutions that fit Hapimag, our culture, and our way of working
• Contribution of best practices from larger, professionally established companies and pragmatic translation to the needs of an SME-oriented environment
• Development of lean and practical recruiting processes and standards that create professionalism without building up unnecessary complexity
• People Management
• Functional and personnel leadership as well as further development of a small talent acquisition team
• Promotion of high recruiting quality as well as enabling the team to independently and professionally support hiring managers
• Control & further development
• Creation of transparency regarding relevant recruiting key figures and derivation of concrete improvement measures
• Targeted control of external recruitment agencies as well as strengthening internal recruiting competence
• Contribution of new ideas and best practices with the aim of sustainably developing talent acquisition at Hapimag

Your qualities and talents

• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable field at FH/university level
• Minimum five years of professional experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally with experience in the further development and professionalization of recruiting structures
• Initial to several years of personnel leadership experience is an advantage; what is decisive is personality, seniority, and the potential to successfully lead and further develop a small team
• Strong passion for recruiting and enjoyment of building work
• Confidence in advising hiring managers and in demanding selection decisions
• Business fluent German and English skills
