You work in a structured manner, think ahead, and maintain an overview even in more intense moments. Ideally, you bring: • Passion and joy in contact with international guests • Experience in Front Office, in the hotel industry and in service • Organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking • Very good German and good English skills, French is an advantage • Interest in digital systems and efficient processes • Team spirit and a positive aura • Flexibility & resilience Your responsibility ## In this position, you assume a central role in the house. You are the first contact person for our guests and contribute significantly to the atmosphere, organization, and quality of our business. Your area of responsibility includes: • Responsibility and active cooperation in the Front and Back Office • Check-in and Check-out • Professional reception and personal care of our guests • Correspondence in German, English as well as occasionally in French • Guest Relations • Maintenance of booking and review platforms • Acceptance and coordination of table reservations for the Alpenkräuter Restaurant • Cooperation as a hostess and in service • Support in marketing and sales • Maintenance of website and Social Media • Creation of newsletters and new offers • Development and integration of packages and special offers Do you feel addressed?
