Your tasks Support and implementation of measures to increase employee retention and motivation as well as to promote a positive work environment and culture Organization and implementation of measures with the goal of increasing employee satisfaction, including employee surveys or employee events Participation in the areas of occupational health and absence management Care and coordination of the topics CSR HR and Diversity, Equity & Belonging Collaboration in national and international project teams as well as with external service providers Collaboration on concepts for corporate values and leadership Cooperation with our trust persons Creation of presentations, employee information, and statistics Your profile Completed degree (uni/FH), preferably with specialization/further education in the field of personnel and/or occupational health management Basic HR knowledge, especially on the topic of health management and promotion Knowledge in the areas of Employee Engagement, corporate culture, Diversity, Equity & Belonging, CSR, as well as leadership is an advantage Organizational talent, communication skills, assertiveness, and resilience Quick comprehension and a high degree of personal responsibility Google Workspace and Carema knowledge is an advantage Languages: German native language, Swiss and Italian are an advantage We offer At Lidl Schweiz, there is room for ambitions and innovations.
