Your responsibility

• You receive customer concerns attentively on the phone
• you process written customer inquiries and e-mails carefully and error-free
• with us, you can participate in various mandates
• working hours from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 21:00 and on Saturday between 08:00 to 16:00 (8.4 hours per day shift)

Your profile

• You conduct telephone consultations in German and French
• you speak and/or understand Swiss German
• contact with people gives you joy and you convince through your empathetic and service-oriented manner
• for employment, an impeccable criminal record and debt collection register extract are required
• good PC skills are a prerequisite
• experience in customer service and in the banking sector is an advantage
• you are looking for a hybrid working model in which you can work mostly from home
