For our client, an international and modern company, we are looking for several Customer Advisors - Call Center Agent/in, immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Conducting and documenting incoming telephone calls in the administrative area including invoice inquiries.
• Processing and receiving malfunctions in 1st-level support.
• Advising and selling on a dedicated inbound sales hotline
• Customer-oriented, friendly product and service advice

Your profile:

• Good PC skills, advanced IT user knowledge
• Good understanding of telecommunications and good communication

Affinity for sales and consulting

• Articulate, motivated, technically proficient, flexible and reliable
• Availability at 100% during the training period of 2 weeks
• Willingness to work shifts Mon-Sun between 07:00-22:00
• The framework conditions for part-time employees (with 80-100% workload) remain the same: 5 days per week, working days: Monday – Sunday
• Fluent German, both spoken and written, Swiss German understanding, English, French and Italian are an advantage.
