Your responsibilities

• Prepare and realize refined dishes in compliance with the establishment's quality standards.
• Master gastronomic cooking techniques, cooking methods, sauces, and plating.
• Participate in menu creation by prioritizing product quality, seasonality, and creativity.
• Master basic pastry techniques.
• Guarantee a precise, careful, and regular mise en place and service.
• Participate in stock management and cost control.
• Rigorously respect hygiene and food safety standards.

Your profile

• You hold a CFC cook
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a VIP gastronomic cook
• You enjoy working in a team and learning from others
• You are disciplined, punctual, and looking for stable employment.
• You master HACCP standards
• We offer you: work in continuous hours from Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm
